1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing and using RBX Rewards (the "Service" or "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service. The Service is intended strictly for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and claim rewards.

2. Nature of the Service & Virtual Points

RBX Rewards is a community gaming hub that allows users to participate in third-party interactive quests, market research quizzes, and promotional events in exchange for virtual loyalty points ("R$ Points" or "Points").

• No Monetary or Property Value: Points accumulated on the Platform are purely virtual promotional tokens. They have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute currency or legal tender, do not earn interest, and do not grant the user any vested property rights.
• Non-Transferable: Points cannot be sold, bartered, transferred, or assigned between users outside of the Platform's official features.
• Intermediary Role: RBX Rewards acts solely as an intermediary displaying tasks provided by independent third-party partners. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability or crediting of third-party tasks.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Fraud Policy

To protect our community and our partners, users must engage honestly. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, Tor, VPS, emulators, or any location-spoofing tools while accessing the Platform or completing tasks.
• Create or operate multiple accounts per person or household to exploit referral bonuses, promo codes, or partner quests.
• Use automated bots, macros, auto-clickers, or scripts to interact with the website, global chat, advertisements, or partner walls.
• Submit false, inconsistent, or gibberish responses in third-party research quizzes, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks with any partner.

Account Termination & Forfeiture: RBX Rewards reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or zero out the point balance of any account suspected of violating these rules, without prior notice and without any liability or obligation to compensate the user.

4. Reward Claims, Chargebacks & Adjustments

Users may request to exchange accumulated Points for available rewards subject to manual administrative review and security verification:

• Partner Reversals (Chargebacks): Points are credited provisionally. If a third-party partner reverses, cancels, or flags a completed task due to invalid data quality or suspected fraud, RBX Rewards will deduct the corresponding Points from your balance (and any associated referral bonuses).
• Verification & Processing: All reward claims are subject to anti-fraud screening. RBX Rewards does not guarantee instant processing times and reserves the right to delay, hold, or deny any claim if suspicious activity is detected or if third-party payment processors experience technical disruptions.
• Permanent Payout Binding: To prevent unauthorized account takeovers, the Revolut username (Revtag) submitted during your first claim is permanently locked to your username.
• Minimum Claim Amount: The minimum amount for a single reward claim is 1 R$. Claims below this amount cannot be submitted. Repeatedly submitting claims for minimal amounts in order to overload the review process is considered abuse of the Service and may result in rejected claims or account suspension under Section 3.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RBX Rewards does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBX Rewards, its owner, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including but not limited to loss of virtual points, uncredited partner tasks, account suspension, or service downtime—arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform. In any event, our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed $0.00 USD.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including point conversion rates, referral percentages, or available reward methods) or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

RBX Rewards is an independent fan and community platform. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation,Revolut Ltd, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Roblox", "Robux", and related marks and emblems are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
